2-Minute Tuesday Tip – Bow Builder Punch

2-Minute Tuesday Tips by Connie Stewart - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com Bow Builder Punch - Groom's card by Connie Stewart - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com - February 24, 2015Is this dapper or what?  I wanted to share a 2-Minute Tuesday Tip on using the Bow Builder punch and my finished bow reminded me of a card I created WAAAAY back when (if 2012 is way back when).  That card is my most viewed video on YouTube with over 114,000 views.  Back then I had to piece together my own bow tie but the Bow Builder is SO much nicer and faster!  I thought my card needed a quick make-over.
Bow Builder Punch - Groom's card by Connie Stewart - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com - February 24, 2015I love that texture on the tux shirt and those little rhinestones really give it a touch a class.  But it’s that BOW TIE!  Wow!  So elegant!

Let me share today’s 2-Minute Tuesday Tip video on the Bow Builder Punch.

Here are the products I used to create the bow itself:

Glue Dots

$4.95

Here’s what I used to create the card:

Heat Tool

$29.95

I love the card and I hope you like it too!

I have had a FABULOUS time hanging out with my Bestie, Brenda, this week but all good things must come to an end.  Her flight leaves tonight so we have one last day to create together so with that being said, I am going to wrap up today’s post and get back into my stamp studio!

Have a wonderful Tuesday my sweet stampin’ peeps!  See ya back here tomorrow!

    Connie,
I absolutely love your videos!! Thank you so much for making them:). If you use a bow for a card you were mailing, wouldn’t the bow get smooshed? That is why is haven’t purchased it.
Thank you again and have a great day!

Ah! I have a GREAT tip for that (wish I had thought of it when I was making the video). Put a Stampin’ Dimensional inside the bow before putting it together. It keeps the dimension of the bow but makes it go flat for mailing.
