2-Minute Tuesday Tip – Protect Your Stamped Art from the Rain

We don’t always know what our stamped art looks like when it gets to the recipient but this quick trick will assure that your stamped card will arrive free of water damage from the rain!  It’s such a smart idea.  Today’s 2-Minute Tuesday Tip is a simple one but it sure makes a world of difference.

Be sure to add envelopes to your next order!  Click a pic to order!

I hope you enjoyed today’s video.  It’s a simple tip but protecting my artwork for 10 cents is a great investment.

Had some GREAT news come in my email yesterday.  Remember that trip we took for Ginny’s audition for Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Boot Camp?  She got in!!!  I am so excited for her (and actually really jealous).  Only 40 kids are accepted into the program and there was a lot of talent there. One of her friends also made it in so she’s happy that she will know someone there.

Basically the week will consist of Master Classes.  These are concentrated classes where the students will get some in-depth study in their art. Kristin Chenoweth is a multi-Tony award winner who grew up here in Oklahoma (and attended the same college Christina is now attending).  She is a very generous woman and has given so much of herself and her money to bringing theatre arts into our state.  It’s just so incredible that Ginny will be able to work with her.

And as if THAT weren’t exciting enough, Ginny had an orthodontist appointment yesterday and she is officially done with braces AND the retainer!  She only has to wear it at night now.  She has total freedom now.  Needless to say, she has had the best week of her life… and it was only Monday.

Well, that’s it for me today!  Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you for making a video using the sheltering tree. I loved what you had done today and thought I had seen the background stamp somewhere. I was right it is right here in my stamp set that I have never opened! I made two get well cards today using your technique.
