2-Minute Tuesday Tip Video – Classic Ink Pads – Open, Close, Store and Repair

2-Minute Tuesday Tips by Connie Stewart - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com Today we are going to talk about a few basic tips on Stampin’ Up ink pads – how to open and close them without wearing the ink, how to store them, AND how to repair an ink pad that has separated from the base (it happens occasionally).

Here is today’s 2-Minute Tuesday Tip Video…

I hope that today’s video will be useful.  Maybe not today but when your ink pad and base separate, you will know what to do.  🙂

Some of you have asked how Roxie is doing.  She is on the mend!  Yay!  She has a horrible week last week and needed a lot of TLC.  She was in a lot of pain from a HUGE hot spot (pretty common in Golden Retrievers) and the pain was keeping her from sleeping.  She is doing MUCH better now and actually wants to play again.  That’s a good sign!  Roxie wants to play all the time but she didn’t bring me a toy once last week.  She is sleeping a lot (she has a lot of sleep to catch up on) but it’s nice to have my happy puppy back.

Thanks so much for tuning in today!  Have a wonderful Tuesday!  See you back here tomorrow for Stampin’ Gals Gone Wild Wednesday!

Yikes, just read about Roxie! So glad she is better, those hot spots can be so troublesome for our loyal pets. We just rescued a new dog ourselves after we sent Bear to dog heaven end of July. God Bless Roxie and Oso.

    • Connie says:

Aww, Jean, I am so sorry about Oso. It’s so hard to let our pets go. We lost our other dog Annie in July. It still hurts but she was so old. She was 18 years old. Hugs my friend!!!

    Fantastic video, Connie.

  4. Hi Connie love your video’s! My question is how do you get markers and ink off of your hands?
    Thanks. Debbie

  5. Well Connie, glad to see that all is not lost if the lid on the ink pads comes loose, that happened to me because it kid of got stuck and I forced it and it just went flying, it was hard to push in, I’m lucky I didn’t brake it, sheeesh!!
Thank you for the great tip.

    • Connie says:

We’ve all struggled with it. It’s not that they separate all the time but it has happened to me a few times. Hope this will help in the future!

Thank You. I just had my first one break this week and didn’t know how to fix it.
