WEEKLY DEALS FOR DECEMBER 23-29. 2014 – Use Hostess Code CPTSWAGZ to receive the exclusive videos and tutorials for December!

Well, today will be my last post for the week.  Just for the week!  I’ll be back on Monday.  It’s time to shut off the computer and spend some time with family and friends.

We have so much planned for this week and I am SOOO excited!  We will have a houseful of family here on Christmas Eve for the annual “Dirty Bingo” Gift Exchange.  Everyone brings a $25 gift and we play bingo in order to pick a gift.  If you bingo again, you get to steal a gift.  It’s a blast.  We started doing this in lieu of exchanging gifts among the adults.  Gotta love family traditions.

Speaking of Christmas Eve traditions, another is that we all drink hot tea while Christina reads the Christmas story from the Bible.  She does such a beautiful job.  And even though the girls are 13 and 18, they still insist that Dad read “Twas the Night Before Christmas” while they snuggle up to him.  It’s absolutely precious.

Christmas Day we will be our little family of four.  I found some great gifts for everyone this year so I am really excited.  I got Mr. Awesome a smoker for his grill.  Is it wrong to get your husband a gift that also benefits you?  He can smoke ribs for dinner once a week if he wants!  My daughter Ginny is a HUGE Dr. Who fan and she is going to love a few surprises I have waiting for her.  Christina is home from college (All A’s and one B – YAY!!!) and we found some gifts that she will love in her dorm and college life in general.

Plus there are lots of great movies that come out on Christmas Day so we’re planning on living on a steady diet of popcorn and Milk Duds from the 25th on!

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!  Enjoy this time, relax, and reflect on all the blessings God has given you… and the greatest gift God could have given the world – His Son.

Merry Christmas everyone!  Love you all!

  1. Great tips for this super duper sticky adhesive Connie, it can be kind of frustrating to roll on evenly.
Thank you for all you do for all of us through out the year, you inspire and teach and I think this is just wonderful.
Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family Connie, and may 2015 bring Love, Joy, Peace and Health to you and yours.

    Hi Connie,
I am left handed so would I flick the fast fuse to the left or still do the right side flicking. Not sure if it will work for me. Thank you

Debbie, right or left, it doesn’t matter. It’s just the action of “breaking” the adhesive swiftly that you want. Hope that helps!

  3. Thanks for the humidity tip, Connie. Louisiana has high humidity, as I’m sure you may be aware, it being in the “tropics” and all, LOL! Fast-Fuse will definitely become my Fast-Friend!
Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family!
    Hugs and keep smiling,
    Sunshine Sharon
