A little different version of the Colored Bleach Card

The Stampin’ up Incentive Trip to Fiji is not too far away now!  One of the fun things we do on this trip is swap cards with other demonstrators.  Well, I was just head over heels with that colored bleach card that I thought I would use this for my swaps this year.  I changed it up just a bit though.

Colored Bleach 1I decided to go ahead and color in the hydrangea rather than leave it white and I really like how that turned out.  It just seemed like it needed something else… GLITTER!  Of course!

Colored Bleach 2I  also tried a little different technique on the coloring.  I added a teaspoon of water to a little bowl and 2-3 drops of reinker.  I still used the Q-Tip to adhere the color but I must say, it went much faster than dipping my Q-Tip onto the ink pad over and over.  I would only recommend this if you were making lots of this same card though.

Colored Bleach 3Thanks so much for checking out my website today!  Be sure to tune in tomorrow for the FOND FAREWELL to many Stampin’ Up stamps from our current catalog.  It’s so hard to say good-bye BUT it makes room for NEW stamp sets and who doesn’t love new stamps?

See ya tomorrow!
