A dear fellow demonstrator, Cindee Wilkenson, took the time to meet with me at the Stampin‘ Up Leadership conference to show me her wonderful coffee cup collar with me. Later, I received one from Gayle Enouen and I was just giddy! These ladies know I LOVE me some coffee! I came home to create my own version to teach to my stamp clubs later on in the year but I renamed it my coffee snuggie. Now, let me say this…. I think snuggies are the silliest things I have ever seen (although both my girls and my mom own one… what’s up with that?) so now I can say I own a snuggie too… a coffee snuggie, that is. 🙂 Boy, I hope the name “snuggie” isn’t copyrighted.

Stampers, this project is SO stinkin‘ easy and fast!!! I simply took a coffee collar from my favorite coffee shop, opened it up and laid it onto some felt. Cut it out and place it around your coffee cup. Hot glue in place. I chose to use the Flower Folds die and cut out the 2 smallest flowers and the center flower was from the Big Bold Cupcakes Sizzlets. I used a Crop-a-Dile to punch a hole in the center and added a Filigree brad. Hot glue the flower over the seam and you’re done! How’s that for simply simple?

Thanks Gayle and Cindee for the inspiration!
