Hey my sweet peeps! I hope you guys had an amazing holiday! Was it everything you dreamed it would be? It was for us. Just a fabulous time!!! Thank you for allowing me the time off to enjoy the holidays but you know, I couldn’t keep this FLASH CARD video quiet any longer.
I’m over the MOON excited about today’s FLASH CARD! It’s not your ordinary Flash Card. Check this out!
A couple of weeks ago, my friend Brenda McBride gave me this super cool spinner card. You pulled the string and the image spun around. I was totally fascinated by it! You guys were too because a lot of you asked for a video on how to do it.
I hope Brenda doesn’t mind but I tore it apart so I could figure out the mechanics of it. My version is a little different. Sometime we just have to go with what we have, right?
I love how the card turned out! The pictures don’t really do it justice because the cool part is when it spins around.
Here are some measurements in case you missed them:
- Daffodil Delight cardstock – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4
- Basic Black cardstock – 4 1/4″ x 2 3/4″
- Whisper White cardstock – 4″ x 2 1/2″
- Black Bakers Twine – 12″
Here are the products I used to create my card. As always, use what you have and ORDER what you need! Be sure to use the DECEMBER HOSTESS CODE CPTSWAGZ to get this month’s exclusive videos and tutorials!
