Flash Card - Mixed Bunch Springtime Card by Connie Stewart - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com - video tutorial

Wahoo!  It’s time for a Flash Card Video!  When I sat down to create today’s Flash Card, all I could think about was Spring, flowers, bright colors, and no snow.  Yes, I am DONE with the snow and ice!  Let’s hope Mother Nature agrees and is ready to bring on the sunshine!

Love your videos. Have a quick question, though. Since you are so frugal with your supplies (and I mean that in a good way), why do you waste the ink when you are stamping off and then stamping on the Pink Pirouette cardstock? Why don’t you tell your viewers to either stamp off on a scrap piece of white cardstock so they can use those flowers on another project or, better yet, stamp off on the Primrose Petals card base and then stamp on on the Pink Pirouette since you use the same stamp on the Primrose Petals card base? Personally, I am probably frugaler (is that a word?) than you and I hate to waste even my ink when I do second generation stamping. Just wondered.

You are right, Cindi. I have to be honest, as I was shooting the video, stamping on the card base was a passing thought. My original was run through an embossing folder. 🙂
