FLASH CARD – Praying for You – Video No. 57

What a crazy week its been!  Thank you all for your sweet warm wishes for Christina’s college acceptance.  It actually got better today!  She got accepted into the theatre program as well.  She now has to choose and I am pretty sure she will choose Musical Theatre (yay).  She will study everything from Opera to the Classics, the stage to the screen to film.  She will learn it all.

It sure has been nice to be back in the studio again!  Did you enjoy yesterday’s Hershey Kiss flower?  I hope you give that project a try.  Even though glue guns and I DON’T get along, as long as you use the cool temp glue gun, you will find the project a lot of fun.

Flash Cards - Praying for You - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com - Created by Connie Stewart (video tutorial available)Well, earlier this week I shared with you a Flash Card I created and I am excited to now share the video!

Flash Cards - Praying for You - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com - Created by Connie Stewart (video tutorial available)Whether it’s a sympathy card, thinking of you card, or just letting someone know you are praying for them, this card fits a lot of different card sending occasions.

Flash Cards - Praying for You - www.SimplySimpleStamping.com - Created by Connie Stewart (video tutorial available)I love the little window in the corner.  I was able to use that cut out to create the butterfly.  Once again, I LOVE to use every little bit of cardstock I can when creating Flash Cards.

Well, how about today’s video…

LOVE IT!!! No worries about the “oops” on this beautiful card, that’s the charm of handmade cards, Connie. Love the color combination and you are so right, fussy cutting this pretty flowers…..not me either. I just wish SU would have a die for each beautiful stamp set. Thank you for another fantastic Flash Card video.

Lovely AND simple! You have me “sold” on the flash card thing! I had never heard of it until I saw it here a couple weeks ago! Now I am going through AND cutting ALL of my scraps that I can into flash cards! (I’m such a Poindexter! LOl)
Thank you so much for your AWESOME videos! So glad I found YOU!

We are JUST recovering from a blizzard here in Nova Scotia so I had LOTS of time in my craft room to cut yesterday! LOL Also where I am relatively new to your site, I am trying to watch ALL of your videos. So I can see it is going to take a while but I am enjoying every minute.
Thanks again for sharing your talents…

I love your card, I’m going to make some today, and mine will most likely be crooked too. But I’ll just send it out that way and tell the recipient that’s a handmade card. Aren’t we glad that we’re not perfect, but worship one who is!
