Hershey Kiss© Gift Box

Today I want to share with you a fun little box you can create for under $1.00. It’s a sweet little box made with the Scallop Square Duo die (the larger of the 2). I used Stampin‘ Up Anywhere Glue Sticks (they are the bomb!) to glue (2) 3 1/4″ 3 1/4″ pieces of Espresso cardstock together. and cut it out with the die. Repeat and make 2 of them (top and bottom). What I love most about our Glue Sticks is that when you glue cardstock together, it creates cardboard. It’s REALLY strong stuff!

The box is 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 1″ on all four sides. The lid has the same measurements but I used the BOX MAKER SHIM to create the lid so that it would fit perfectly on my box. Check out the BOX MAKER SHIM VIDEO to learn how easy box making can be. :) Because my glue sticks were out, I decided to use it to glue down the flaps of my box – worked great!

10″ of our ribbon….also glued on with Glue Stick. Simple!

Okay, so how did I make the Hershey Kiss on top? You’re going to love this… the Blossom Petals Builder punch! It’s the large petal just cut down! Gotta love that!!!

I’m very aware that my box is empty and SHOULD be filled with some Kisses but I have none. Pretty silver Kisses will look nice it though!! I am afraid to bring chocolate in the house though. I’ve lost 7 lbs and don’t want to cave, know what I mean? I can handle paper chocolate though. :)
