How naughty can one puppy be????

After the week we had with the puppy eating rat poison, I just had to share what that sweet little dog did today?  She got under the Christmas tree, chewed on a strand of lights and yes, all the lights went off!!!  Not a yelp or anything!  Ugh!!!  I think she’s getting coal in her stocking this year!!!!  The vet pumped her tummy with charcoal to deal with the poison which is kind of ironic, huh.

Of course, this is the sign of a puppy well on her way to recovery …. but with a face like this? Uhhhhh, I’d say she’s worth it. Just darling!

  3. How adorable is this little puppy! I’m thinking that this little bundle of joy has found himself a fabulously LOVING HOME! Maybe consider calling this little fellow “CHAMP”. Hoping both you and the puppy a FULL RECOVERY!

that is ironic! that little face is just the cutest. does sound like he is recovering well! when penny was a puppy the only thing she really did was to take the toilet paper and run it into our room from the bathroom and empty the bathroom trash – the things she found in there – blah… 🙁

  5. That puppy must be a cat with nine lives. LOL She is so cute though.

  6. This puppy must have nine lives. She is so cute though.

Getting into more mischief is indeed a good sign that the puppy is recovering. When I had both a puppy and a toddler in the house, I set up the tree in the playpen
    to keep it safe!

  8. LOL…she is a baby and as we all know, the are waaayyyyy toooo curious! Best wishes with this darling little girl and hope she doesn’t get into any more trouble like these last two times!!!

So adorable. What is a puppy if its not puddles, piles, loads of fun and trouble but most of lots and lots of love.
Cats can be just as naughty and mine has been in Animal hospital twice this year with his little troubles but absolutly no amount of money could replace him
    Good Luck

Oh my! I do hope she is feeling better from the sounds of it she is and it looks like maybe it’s time to get her a crate so when you aren’t looking she won’t be able to get into trouble.

  11. Thanks everyone! I’m so happy that she’s acting more like herself. Well, happy that she isn’t in danger anymore. Not sure I’m happy about her naughty antics! Life with a puppy is never dull, that’s for sure!

  12. hmmm, guess she was getting an advance on her holiday “coal in her stocking”? They are so cute though, it’s hard to be mad for very long!
