iPhone© Skins – Stampin’ Up Style!

Okay, let me take a moment to apologize to my followers for taking so long to post. This summer has been SUPER busy! I have been creating but just haven’t had a second to post to my blog. I hope to post a bunch of stuff over the next few days which should make up for lost time. 🙂

Today I want to share with you the project I have put WAY too many hours into – stamped iPhone skins! A HUGE Shout out to Rolanda Patton for sharing this idea with me on the Stampin’ Up cruise!!! It’s brilliant!!!

They have been worth the time to create AND to keep with my Simply Simple theme on this blog, I must tell you that they really don’t take that long to make. I am doing a swap at Convention so I had to make 50 stamped iPhone covers and 50 My Digital Studio covers….thus the reason I have put in some serious time into these.

Talk about easy and fun! I purchased a clear phone case for my iPhone (and yes, you can create this with any cell phone). I wanted a good quality one because a) I spent a fortune on this phone and I want to protect it, and b) if you plan on changing the covers often, you want a case that can hold up to the abuse. 🙂

The measurements for the iPhone 4 are 2 1/4″ x 4 3/8″. Enjoy!!!

This was such an amazing idea! Can’t believe you didn’t have more comments and questions. What brand is this phone cover? Did you have a lot of success with the swap at convention? Hope so! These were awesome examples that you showed us. I love your blog and follow you on my reader. I don’t comment often but had to with this one.

  3. Amy, thanks so much for your comment! My phone cover is made by Griffin. They can be found just about anywhere nowadays. I just love changing out my cover to fit my mood!

  4. Connie, these are FANTASTIC! I found you via Pinterest. Do you have a template for the cut out necessary for the camera lens?

I’ve been needing a new case (my bumper has taken a beating!), and now I KNOW I’ll be purchasing a clear one – WOOT!!! Can’t WAIT to start making these!
