Yesterday I shared a card in the TEACH ME THAT series and I realized that this card deserved a video tutorial. It turned out amazing and I really want to teach you how to create it.
I love the window in this card and I especially love the sponging on the pinewood to make it more pronounced. Gorgeous!
Let me share today’s video with you….
Here are the measurements for my card:
- Crumb Cake – 11” x 4 ¼”, score and fold at 5 ½”
- Very Vanilla – 3 ¾” x 5″
- Cherry Cobbler – 1 ½” x 1 ½”

What a fun and crazy week it’s been. Last night the kids sang the National Anthem at a Drillers baseball game. They sounded amazing! The video is on Facebook and I am not sure how to post it here (CLICK HERE to go to the Broadway Bootcamp page).
Yesterday they treated the choir and drama teachers of the students to a luncheon. Ginny’s choir teacher drove to Tulsa for that and I’m so glad she did. They really spoiled the teachers and being one of the worst states in the nation for teacher’s salaries, it was nice to honor them and thank them for staying in Oklahoma to teach.
Tonight is the Showcase the kids have been working on at Bootcamp and to say I am excited is an understatement! Ginny has shared so many amazing stories over this past week and tonight we get to see them strut their stuff!
I will share what I can about the performance on Monday.
It’s been fun camping but this girl is ready to head home. We will pack it up all Sunday morning and it’s back home. Yay!
Hope you all have an amazing weekend! Have some fun, okay? I will be back on Monday to share another Make It Monday!
