Now or WOW FLASH CARD – Vivid Vases Vivid Card – Video No. 4

Now or WOW - a new series by Connie Stewart - I am just bubbling with ideas in the Now or WOW series!  Today’s card is a very bright and cheerful card using the Vivid Vases single stamp.   BONUS:  This card is a FLASH CARD as well!  Wahoo!  Double whammy!

Now or WOW - Vivid Vases Vivid Card by Connie Stewart - Now or WOW - Vivid Vases Vivid Card by Connie Stewart - You will notice that I didn’t use the sentiment that comes with the stamp on the Wow card.  I have a fun tip to share with you in the video on how to do that.  You’ll want to check that out!

You can’t see it very well in the photo but I used one of our brand new embossing folders on the Wow too.  Large Polka Dots!  SO fabulous!

Well, it’s time for the video so let’s get started…

I want to give a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHOUT OUT to my beautiful daughter Ginny!  Today begins a new chapter in her life because today she is officially a TEENAGER!  < I covet your prayers >  lol  No, she is such a good girl and I absolutely love being with her.  She makes me laugh all the time.  I wanted to share a picture from her family birthday party last night.  She had one gift that she REALLY REALLY wanted.  A costume from the movie “Frozen”.  She adores this movie and she is so much like the character Anna it’s not even funny.  Lucky for Ginny she has a grandmother who is very talented on a sewing machine.  Check out this fabulous outfit!
Ginny as Anna in "Frozen"Is that great or what?  I can’t sew so I am SO grateful my Mom can!  I love all the detail she put into the outfit!  It’s just amazing!  This afternoon we are taking her out to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory and we have one more little surprise for her.  I’ll share that surprise with you later this week.  She might read my blog so I can’t tell you just yet.  Oh who am I kidding… she probably doesn’t but just in case, I will wait.
I hope you all have a terrific Monday and I will be back to share lots more stamping stuff tomorrow!

WOW!! indeed Connie, I’m loving this new series of videos so, so much, thank you for sharing your amazing creativity with us!!! It’s hard to pick which card is prettier, both are perfect but one is super quick, the other one takes a bit more time, just a bit more.
Well, CONGRATULATIOS to your lovely daughter Ginny on this very special milestone, her 13th. birthday. May God Bless her on this new chapter in her life.
Message for Ginny: Welcome to your teenage years, you only get 7, use them wisely and have a blast. 😉

Hi Connie. I love this new series, and i especially love that you’re using the flashcard format with them. The flashcards really are the most convenient and frugal way to use cardstock!

Happy birthday to your beautiful daughter! As I told you in my first reply to you, I am just amazed at your God given talent!!! And thank you so much for sharing with us. I had never heard of the flash cards and you told me where to go to find the first video’s, since I didn’t know about them I felt that I needed to know everything from the start ! Of course I am just amazed and have started to try my hand at the flash cards…can barely pull my self away from my computer and my stampin room !! You are so VERY talented and I am sure my cards will NEVER be the same, and that’s a good thing :). I have some questions but will keep watching and see if you answer them and I am positive you will because you are so careful to make everything very clear ! But was wondering if there is a more appropriate place to ask questions should I need to do that? My sweet stampin up demonstrator is so VERY busy and I hate to bother her! Anyway, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for sharing the flash cards and all of your other knowledge !
    Blessings to you and yours,

Kim, you’re a sweetheart! Thank you! As far as questions for your demonstrator, I just want to encourage you to contact her. As demonstrators we love to help our customers with their stamping questions. Don’t worry about bothering her. I love to help but also, I would never want to come between you and your current demonstrator. 🙂
