Please Stand By. We are Experiencing Technical Difficulties.

sssWell, technology is having a Monday.  My computer is totally frozen.  I can’t get it to do anything at the moment.  I can’t even get it to turn off!  It’s so frustrating!  I’m working on my iPad today and I’m not able to do as much on my blog as I would like.  I’m bummed because I have a really great video to show you.  Guess it will have to wait until later this week.

I do hope to be up and running soon so I can share a 2-Minute Tuesday Tip video with you tomorrow.

Keep your fingers crossed!  I can’t tell you how much I LOATH my computer when it freezes up like this.

In the meantime, maybe scroll through December 2013 and check out some fun ideas from last year?

Thank you for your patience as I go into the depths of “computer hell” to fix my computer issues.   Hope to see you all tomorrow!  (Oh how I hope to be back tomorrow)

Yes Connie, it is frustrating to say the least!! If it is a lap top, try disconnecting all electrical even open and take out the battery. Wait a few minutes and replace it. I’ve had success with that option. Hope it works for you!

Oh Connie, I feel your pain…..Could if be on your server’s end? We have Comcast and, if they are either repairing or installing lines, we experience a “no Internet connection” problem. They usually fix it kind of fast so, just hang in there. Have you tried to contact your server?
I hope this gets fixed soon.
Mean time, lots of hugs for you. Get a hot cup of Chamomile or Green Tea, sit and let things fall into place again.
You can be absolutely sure we will be here when you come back. 🙂

  4. I’m sorry about your technical difficulties. Never fun! I had to laugh at the year in your final link. Dec. 2113! Back to the future? I love your videos! I hope you get everything up and running soon!

    Hi Connie,
You are so funny! Don’t worry about the tech difficulties. What a great idea to refresh our ideas with 2013. Have a cup of tea, breathe and relax!

Connie, Sorry to hear you’re having technology issues . . . technology is wonderful when it works and a bummer when it doesn’t.

I’ve got to tell you that you really made my day with the photo you shared. Many, many years ago, I actually worked on one of those “cord boards” for the telephone company!

Yes, that really dates me, doesn’t it?!

Control/alt/delete. Or when all else fails, pull the plug. 🙂

    • Connie says:

I use a Mac and that Control/alt/delete doesn’t work. Rather than pull the plug, I thought about my head through the screen. Glad I got it going before I had to resort to that!

I’m so sorry about your computer ‘issues’. I know they can be very maddening. Argh! So I hope by the time you read this, that you’ll be back up and running fine…. and be able to look back on this comment without getting frustrated or upset with me…. because….

I must say, overall, this struck me funny! Not funny about your computer acting up at all, but because of the post itself. First, I love that vintage photo up top, of the young ladies at an old switchboard. But then I got down to the link to what obviously are last year’s posts (2013), but the actual link says “December 2113”!!… It was the contrast between the vintage photo and the futuristic link that struck me funny…. probably because it’s almost 2:30 in the morning and I should be in bed, LOL!

Anyway… I just saw the humorous side of this in my warped brain and had to chuckle… Thanks 🙂

Oh my gosh…seriously? I did that? Well, I was so frustrated that nothing would surprise me and I truly hate working on an iPad. It’s great to checking email and surfing the web but NOT for actual work.

I may need to take you out for a Pumpkin Latte afterwards. I hope you get it all worked out. Very frustrating indeed!
