Stampin’ Gals Gone Wild Wednesday

Stampin' Gals Gone Wild - www.SimplySimpleStamping.comWahoo!  Today is my day to share with you AND with Josee and all her Canadian friends!  I absolutely love this sweet little treat box made from only a half sheet of cardstock!  I don’t know about you but I just get excited when I can create TWO of something from a sheet of cardstock.  Well, this project, you can make TWO from EVERYTHING I used on it!

Treat Box - www.SimplySimpleStamping.comThe score lines for my 10 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ cardstock are

  • 1/2″
  • 3″
  • 5 1/2″
  • 8″

Rotate the cardstock around and score down the long side

  • 1/2″
  • 3″

Treat Box - www.SimplySimpleStamping.comDon’t you love the look of this topper?  The new Deco Labels Collection Framelits were just right for my box.  I was able to cut TWO of them from just ONE sheet of the Seasons of Style Designer Series Paper Stack!  Wahoo!  Excitement!!!

The Simply Pressed Clay flower and Silver 1/8″ ribbon really makes this little box gorgeous!  Half a piece of Delicate Details Lace Tape and BOOM, perfection!

    Your video doesn’t work

    • Connie says:

Sandra, that can happen sometimes. Are you viewing it from my website or an email? Sure wish I knew why the videos come through SOMETIMES but not others? I will never understand technology. She is so fickle! Anyway, try clicking on it from my website and you should be fine.

If by chance you are on my website and it’s not working on there, (oh heavens I hope not because it’s working on my end and I will have no clue what the problem is), there is a cute little TV icon on the left sidebar that will take you over to YouTube to see all my videos. This will be the first one on the list. 🙂

Sorry for the struggle, Sandra! I hope it’s a simple fix.

Hi Connie, love your little boxes. I whipped up 12 for some work colleagues, straight after viewing your video 🙂 I used retired DSP for the box itself and reversed the DSP for the topper…I do not have Deco labels framelits yet 🙁 so I used the Labels collection framelits. I punched out one of the A Round Array stamps and put that in place of simply pressed clay. They came up a treat and look adorable. Thanks for sharing your creativity! Cheers Donna Z 🙂
