Christina took over the camera today and she is going to share with you how to create Library Pocket Cards. Library Pockets are a HOT HOT HOT trend right now. You COULD buy them at an office supply but HELLO – BORING!!! Who wants plain tan library pockets?
As you know, Christina LOVES This and That scrapbooking. It’s quick, easy, and neatness doesn’t count.
Today she was working on her Les Miserables page (her favorite Broadway musical). She wanted a pocket to put her theater ticket stubs in without adhering them. Library pockets to the rescue!
Check out her video so you can create your own library pockets. Whether you are a This and That creator or not, these pockets are useful in card making too.
See? Easy peasy!
A 9″ x 4 ½” piece of cardstock will get you a standard library pocket measuring 3 ½” x 5″. Score at 4″. Score the long sides at 4 1/6″ (or just a hair past 4″). Trim and adhere the tabs on the back.
I hope you enjoy Christina’s video and that you will give Library Pocket Cards a try!
