VIDEO TUTORIAL – Valentine Chocolate Treat Holder

I was playing around with the Sealed with Love bundle and this little “pull tab” idea came to me.  OH MY GOSH!  So cute!

What a fun way to give a sweet Valentine treat to the grands, the kid’s classmates, or even co-workers!

This treat holder will hold a Ghirardelli chocolate square OR (2) Hershey Miniatures.

Here are my measurements in case you missed them:

  • Pink Pirouette – 2″ x 6 ½” – punch and score at 3″ on each end
  • Sending Love Designer Paper – 1 ¾” x 2 ¼”
  • Sending Love Designer Paper – 1 ¾” x 4″
  • Sending Love Designer Paper – 2″ x 2″
  • Whisper White – 1 ½” x 3 ½”
  • Real Red Satin Ribbon – 10″ plus a knot
  • Whisper White Bakers Twine – 5 ½”

Ok Connie…..I’m just blown away by this sweet and ever so darling little Valentine project and, like you said, once you have your pieces cut, it will be fast and easy to mass produce, there is still plenty of time to get going and start. Now, I’m going to hit the stores to find those delicious Ghiardelli chocolates before they are gone.

    I snagged two bags at $1.50 a bag right after Christmas. So, they probably have a different kind available now. I didn’t even think about putting DSP on the chocolate wrapper like we do the nuggets. Otherwise, just making the holder part is such a snap to make – deciding on decorating takes a bit more time but they are so cute and so yummy. My mailman asked for a refill for his holder!
