Where and When
- This online retreat will take place in a private Facebook group on Saturday, January 22, 2022 beginning at 10am (Eastern Time).
- A schedule of the day’s events will be emailed to you and posted to the Facebook group so you can tune into the Live events, should you choose to do so.
- In your confirmation email, you will have a link to join the WINTER 2022 Retreat Facebook group so make sure to do that right away.

- This full, one day, ONLINE event is filled with Live videos. If you can’t join Live, no problem! This Retreat has been designed with YOU in mind. Want to participate live? You can do that. Prefer pre-recorded videos? We will have those for you too. Want to stamp and your pace and not ours? You’ll be set with video links so you can spend the day crafting away!
- Weekly Stamping Challenges: Beginning December 27th, check our our Weekly Stamping Challenges on the Retreat Facebook page. Get a jump start on your creativity with a challenge and tutorial. Share your ideas with others!
- NEW: YouTube Live stamping demonstrations – 8 in all!
- Mystery Stamping
- 8 written tutorials* to go along with each presentation

- NEW: Friday, January 21st, you will receive an email with a Youtube Live link to every project PLUS the written tutorials for all the projects to be shared the next day. Each tutorial will include a color photo of the project, a supply list, step-by-step directions and cutting dimensions. Plus you will also receive instructions for additional ideas for each project.
Note: All tutorial measurements will be in inches. We will not be able to convert Imperial to Metric for you but there are free online resources available by searching the internet.
Common Asked Questions
- How do I know what stamps I need? All the projects we’ve designed will allow you to use any stamps, inks and paper that you have. Be ready for lots of ideas!
- Will I be stamping WITH you? Everyone stamps at a different pace and with that in mind the demonstrations are not designed for you to stamp along with us but we are trying something new beginning in 2022. The day before the retreat, the tutorials will be sent to you which include a list of photos, supplies, cutting dimensions and step-by-step instructions. If you want to create with us, you can do just that.
- Are you sharing projects you’ve shared before? No, these are brand new ideas never seen on my blog.
- What if I am not available to watch on the day of the Live retreat? What if the time zone doesn’t work for me? This is YOUR retreat and we want everyone to have the experience that works best for them. There are 3 ways you can participate 1) Watch the Live presentations on YouTube, 2) Follow the links to the pre-recorded videos listed in each tutorial, or 3) Watch the YouTube Live replays at any time. If you want to stamp with us, watch the pre-recorded videos and pause as you create. If you love the Lives, click the links that we provide you at the top of every hour. If you want to watch a little and stamp a little, you can do that too.
- What is a YouTube Live? I thought the retreat was on Facebook? We have implemented changes that we hope will make the Stamp Retreat more enjoyable than ever. We know that technology can be challenging so moving forward we will be providing you quick YOUTUBE LIVE LINKS to find the Live videos and a countdown will appear. No worries about refreshing the page or missing a Live presentation. We will provide a “how to” video on the private Facebook page to help you learn how to navigate your way around the group and how to find the YouTube Lives.
- I’m not on Facebook, can I still register? Yes! You don’t need to be on Facebook to participate. On Friday, January 21st, you will receive an email with all the tutorials, video links, and the links to the YouTube Lives so you won’t miss anything! The Facebook group will only be used for the participants to share their creations.
- Will I miss out on Prize Patrol if I am not watching Live or don’t post my projects? Prize Patrol winners are chosen from those who registered and you don’t need to be watching live to win.
- Can I join if I am a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator? Yes! We love sharing with other demonstrators! All are welcome!
- Can I join if I don’t live in the USA? Yes! Anyone can join!
