Thanks for bringing this nifty bow idea out of the Archives!! Been too many years since I last made this quick and easy bow technique. It is my favorite way to add a bow in a mailed card.

Yes, that was a 2-Minute Tuesday Tip. Here is the link. http://simplysimplestamping.com/2-minute-tuesday-tip-should-i-buy-that-stamp-set/
Hi Conny
I make this bow for many years – but I add an additional step to make it a bow with “loops” at the front. I do everything like you did, but…
after crossing the tails the first time at the back, make a “loop” at the back and feed it just through until you have the desired size at the front, then do the other side. Cross the tails at the end again and then continue like you did by pushing the ends of the tails through. Now you have on the other side a proper bow with loops and tails. I would include a photo – but I don’t know how and whether that works.
Greetings from Scotland
Nessie
I have made bows that way too. They are really pretty. I had planned on a video with this tip for later on. 🙂
I learned something like this at one of the first Stampin’ Up! parties I ever went to, but for the life of me, couldn’t remember how to do it! Thank you Connie for bringing it back!
