It’s no secret that I love bling on a card but have you wondered about how to add glitter to your cards? What I love about glitter is that it’s flat and not raised like rhinestones or sequins. Not that I don’t LOVE my rhinestones and sequins but when you need a lot of bling, glitter is the only way to go.
Today’s 2-MINUTE TUESDAY TIP is all about ways to add glitter to a card. I know not everyone is a fan of glitter but if you don’t mind getting a little sparkly from time to time, give these tips a try!

I am flying home this afternoon from Salt Lake City! I had a MARVELOUS time hanging out with the girls, Brenda and Tyra! I don’t think I have ever laughed so much in my life!! There is just something wonderful about time with the girls! It was hard to say good-bye though, especially Brenda. We have been friends for over 20 years and I hate saying good-bye to her. Good-byes are just hard.
I will be home in time for dinner and I am can’t wait to hug my family!
Check out the fun cards I have for you at tomorrow’s Facebook Live!!! I have two different tri-fold cards that I want to teach you. These are SO pretty and as a bonus, I will have Christmas versions of the same layouts! I know you will love both versions. I am super excited about sharing these and I hope you can join me!

Thanks Connie. I love your Tuesday tips.
Can you do a tutorial on the multipurpose adhesive sheets. I have them, but have trouble using them and I don’t know what I am doing wrong.
I will add that to my list. 🙂
I meant with the framelets. That is what I am having problems with.
love it!
Love the glitter tips and I think it is even more fun to see your glittery hands. Thanks for sharing.
Love this tips, all of them are fabulous but, I ADORE your glittery hands Connie, that was fun to see.
Glitter is a fabulous and fun addition to your cards but oh boy!! it sticks to everything.
I also found out that it helps a lot to press the glitter onto your project with a piece of wax paper and then shake the panel so any loose glitter that didn’t stick to the glue or sticky strip or adhesive sheet cut out, will fall off onto the container, that way you make sure that the glitter is not going to be all over your card and your friends hands when they open the envelope.
Anyway, thank you for this fabulous tips.
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Maria Rodriguez.
I have been working on a “glitter” series for 2-Minute Tuesday Tip and that was one of my tips. You beat me to it. lol
Love your tips, but mostly love your little giggles on video! Have a good trip home, as Im sure your family will be soooo happy to see you!
This is one of the best tips ever!
Thank you
Terese
So glad it ranked so high!
Just thought you would enjoy the fact that my girls and I call glitter the herpes of craft supplies. You ever get it you have it on you and every one and every thing around you. Also a tip, a swiffer dry cloth gets it up from your work surface really good.
Bwahahaha!
