This month, I have been sharing some color inspiration tips with you and today I want to share a 2-Minute Tip from a couple of years ago but it’s still a GREAT tip that I still use today.
I created a little bag of paper color swatches and I am still amazed at the color combinations I am able to come up with when I am stumped for ideas.
It truly is a great tip and I think you will enjoy the color combinations that you discover.
I had a great time with my team of Stampin’ Up demonstrators last night. Because we are spread out all over the USA, we all got together on Facebook Live for a night of fun. We spent time getting caught up on what’s new and ‘coming soon’ to Stampin’ Up and of course, stamping together. I shared this little Halloween Hershey Kiss Triangle Treat box with them. I am really loving creating with Hershey Kisses lately and I am totally addicted to creating these little boxes for them.
Hanging out with my team is always the best and even though Facebook was not cooperating like I would have liked, we still had a great time.

Any layout can be a Christmas card. You can also go to the archives and look at October,November, and December since that is when I would post them. Hope that helps!
What a great tip for colors. Almost like a color wheel but better. Thanks so much
Yes, it is helpful! Love it!! Always love your 2 min tips!! Marsha
Love your tip today, Connie! I have been doing this exact same thing for several years. Here’s is how I get an extra benefit from it: I punch a small circle from the scallop shape and glue it to the top of the corresponding ink refill bottle. When I open the box where I keep my reinkers, the spot of color on top helps me locate the correct bottle. To adhere that small piece of card stock, I use a drop of liquid glue or Crystal Effects or a glue dot, and not one of my little color dots has ever fallen off.
