2-Minute Tuesday Tip – Ink to Rubber Technique
Not all stamps are made to be inked in just one color. Take this flower from the Perennial Birthday stamp set. I wanted my flowers and leaves in different colors. The Ink to Rubber technique is a great way to achieve this and today’s 2-Minute Tuesday Tip will show you how to create this look.
Let me share today’s video….
The Stamparatus makes it so easy to create perfect “ink-to-rubber” images! The Shammy makes clean up a breeze!
I had some fun creating this card with the “ink-to-rubber” technique…
Here are the measurements for my card:
- Pineapple Punch – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score and fold at 4 ¼”
- Melon Mambo – 3 ¼” x 3 ¼”
- Whisper White – 3″ x 3″
Here are the supplies I used on my card. Want to add anything to your next order? Just click a pic!

Great Tip Connie! I love my Stamparatus!
So happy to hear that! It’s a wonderful tool!
Beautiful card, Connie, made with this easy technique. Thanks for the reminder about using it and the Stamparatus together…easy peasy! Enjoy your day!
So glad you enjoyed it HJ!
Love your tip! And a tip for you… I have cut a corner off my shammy (about 3 by 3) so I have a piece that’s easier to handle when wiping a stamp on the stamperatus.
GREAT tip! I love it!
Hi Connie! Great tip! I struggle with getting enough ink on the stamp with a pen…problem solved! Keep making your tips videos- I just love them. Looking forward to your new stuff too!
Sue
Thanks so much Sue!
So simple to do, and will make an easy stamp class card featuring how to use the stamparatus. Introducing the markers is a bonus! Thanks, Connie
The Stamparatus is such a great tool! LOVE what it can do!
