Today’s tip is one I have been using for many years – separating sentiments from images on rubber stamps. This is where you have a stamp that has a sentiment attached to it but with today’s 2-Minute Tuesday Tip, I will show you how to ‘separate’ them to use them with or without.
How have I never shared this tip with you? I honestly thought I had. Well, no time like the present!
DISCLAIMER: This tip is a “USE AT YOUR OWN RISK” tip. I will say that I have been doing this for years and I have never nicked an image. The key is to TAKE IT SLOW. Don’t be in a rush.
If cutting your stamps is just not for you, CLICK HERE to see my 2-Minute Tip on how to omit sentiments from stamp using Scotch tape. No cutting needed!
Here’s just a quick card that I created with my newly separated stamps.
Have I told you guys how much I love the Stampin’ Blends? They are AMAZING!!!
The Petal Pair Embossing Folders are so pretty decorating the side panel.

Ginny did it again! Yesterday she held her 2nd production with her Show Choir and her Special Olympic friends. Just like they did with their Christmas production, they sang about six songs with little lines in-between each song. Ginny wrote the script herself. It was adorable and the kids did an amazing job. The turn out today was wonderful and the high school students cheered LOUD every time one of their special friends walked up to the mic to say their lines.
I bawled like a baby through the whole thing and had a HUGE smile on my face the entire time. Here’s a photo to brighten your day. These are the happiest kids I have ever seen!
Thank you so much for being here today. I hope that you found today’s tip helpful. I know it’s a little scary to CUT your stamps but it really is great to have those sentiments separate from the images.
Make it a GREAT Tuesday my friends!
