I have really enjoyed sharing these 2-Minute Tuesday Tip videos on how to use cardstock vellum.  I have a new one for you today.  Have you ever wondered how you can color vellum?

Isn’t it beautiful?  The vellum gives such a nice softness to the card but the colors are what make it a WOW.

Here are the measurements for my card:

• Blushing Bride – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score and fold at 4 ¼”
• Crumb Cake – 4″ x 5 ¼”
• Pear Pizzazz – 3 ⅝” x 4 ⅞”
• Whisper White – 3 ½” x 4 ¾”
• Vellum – 3 ½” x 4 ¼”

Yesterday we moved Christina out of the dorm and home for the summer.  Whew!  That girl has a lot of stuff and it’s all neatly stored in the garage until the fall semester.  I am excited to have her home though.  One thing about Christina, if you’re not happy for any reason, just hang out with her for about 5 minutes and you’ll be laughing hysterically.  🙂

Both girls had auditions last night for “Beauty and the Beast”.  Me?  I decided to “pass”.  I have a lot going on right now and even though I would LOVE to be in that show, the timing wasn’t right.   The director said the cast list won’t go up until May 22nd so the girls have a LONG wait to see if they got cast in the show.  There were about 76 people at auditions and he only needs about 30.  Waiting for a cast list to go up is the hardest thing ever.
