I love Baker’s Twine. It’s uber affordable, a little goes a long way, and it adds very little bulk to a card. Today I want to share a Baker’s Twine Tip: 2-Minute Tuesday Tip with you to make Baker’s Twine easier to work with (especially when tying a bow) and make it got a little further.
Let me share today’s video- Baker’s Twine Tip: 2-Minute Tuesday Tip
Here’s a close-up of the bow. Looks great, doesn’t it? You could do a longer strand and wrap it around the card too.
Baker’s Twine is a perfect and affordable addition to your crafting space. I hope to make it easy for you to add them to your order…. just click a pic! THANK YOU for your support of Simply Simple Stamping. I appreciate you so much!!!

There are 2 weekends of the year that I really don’t like — the weekend we do taxes and closing up the RV for the season. Sunday was the latter. It always makes me sad because getting away in our camper for the weekends has always been a rejuvenating time for us. I always called it my ‘vacation home’. But, we have a lot of things going on in November and we probably only had a few weeks left that we could have camped anyway. <sigh> I love my RV, campfires in the evenings, watching the leaves fall.
It was a great weekend to do some good cleaning and packing up though. The weather was beautiful! We did have the strangest thing happen though. We were invaded by these little yellow ladybugs, but these weren’t the sweet red ladybugs, oh nah nah, these were evil ladybugs who could bite. Not bad bites but still, is there any bug you care to bite you? They were swamping outside like some kind of biblical curse on the land! Then outside wasn’t enough for them and they started finding their way into the camper. They found a TINY little spot on the slide out and found their way in. What started with 2 must have ended with 200. No, seriously! They were EVERYWHERE and we swatted and killed ladybugs all day long. I guess that was nature’s way of saying that camping season was done for the year. How many weeks until Spring???????
Today’s tip is one that will be so easy for you to incorporate into your paper crafting.
