Creating my Christmas cards every year is something I truly look forward to. I like to create lots of different designs, not just one. As I address an envelope, I can pick out that perfect card for the addressee. And, well, I won’t lie, I get bored making a lot of the same card. I like to mix it up and create different colors, different design, and yep, different stamp sets.

Today’s Now or Wow cards were created with the Brightly Gleaming Suite from the Holiday catalog, page 30.

Tomorrow the movie “It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” will be released. I am really excited to see this movie. One, because I grew up watching Mr. Rogers and two, well duh, Tom Hanks.

Like so many, I grew up watching Mr. Rogers and his kindness and soft voice just made all of us happy to spend 30 minutes with him Monday through Friday.

Daniel Tiger was my favorite character on the show. Did you know that Mr. Rogers designed all the puppets and did ALL the voices? He was so amazing. Not gonna lie, Lady Elaine Fairchild, the scary puppet who ran the Museum-Go-Round scared me.

CLICK HERE to read some amazing facts about Mr. Rogers that you might not know. This man was truly amazing. I think we all knew that already but this link contains some wonderful little tidbits that will warm you heart. There are lots of little video links it in too. Take a moment to watch them. TIP: Have a tissue handy.

QUOTE OF THE DAY – “Knowing that we can be loved exactly as we are gives us all the best opportunity for growing into the healthiest of people.” — Fred Rogers

I’m not crying, you’re crying! Oh this quote made my heart so happy and yep, brought a few happy tears too.

Thank you for being here today and my prayer for each of you is that you feel LOVED exactly as you are! I love you and thank you for being my neighbor each week here at Simply Simple Stamping.

Let me end this post the same way Mr. Rogers did. “You’ve made this day a special day, by just by being you.”
