CREATIVE JUICE – Week #31. Are you ready? If you struggle for inspiration (and who hasn’t) then today’s sketch is perfect for you. I have 4 different layouts. All you need to do is pick your favorite!

Each week I serve up a big glass of CREATIVE JUICE to get your creative juices flowing.  Let me share this week’s card inspiration.

• Get creative with your color combinations.  
• Those polka dots could be a stamped images, Designer Paper or punched images.

Here is what I came up with for today’s CREATIVE JUICE sketch…

Can I just toot my own horn for a minute?  I am so excited with how my flowers turned out.  I simply stamped the flower in Pineapple Punch ink, dabbed a Sponge Dauber on a Lovely Lipstick ink pad and LIGHTLY tapped it in the center of the stamp, then stamped on my white cardstock.  Isn’t it gorgeous?

I love the bold statement the In Color Designer Series Paper gave this card.

Here are the measurements for my TROPICAL HAPPY BIRTHDAY card but remember, these measurements are not set in stone. Get creative with your measurements!

• Whisper White Thick – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score and fold at 4 ¼” 
• 2018-2020 In Color Designer Series Paper (Lovely Lipstick) – 1 ¾” x 5 ½” and ¼” x 5 ½” 
• Whisper White – 1″ x 5 ½”

I kept today’s card really easy but I think I may take these flowers and the leaf dies from the Tropical Chic bundle and create a fun over the top card.  Those flowers are SO PRETTY I just have to do something fun with them.

Well, my friends, that wraps up another week for me. I am ready for the weekend and sleeping in tomorrow. The jet lag is still affecting me so hopefully a few extra Z’s and maybe a nap on Sunday will take care of it.
