I have always loved window cards.  Whether I punch a small window from the corner of a card, or make the window a major focal image like today’s card, I think window cards are just plain cool. In today’s Facebook Live Rewind I have a Live Love Laugh window card to share with you and you will love how easy it is to create.

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, this card is one you might be needing to add to your list of creations this week.

I used only one stamp set for this card – Layering Love.  It’s not a Valentine stamp set but created in red and black, it can become a Valentine set. I LOVE that this set can take you BEYOND that one day holiday so Layering Love is a great investment.

A little embossing, my Sweet & Sassy framelits, and a swoosh of Wink of Stella on the heart and I have a great card for V-Day!

I have a wonderful project to share with you and this event is interactive!  I thought it would be fun if you created right along with me. It will be as if we’re stamping together!  

Check out what we’ll be creating – this adorable One Sheet Wonder Designer Purse.  This was created with (1) sheet of 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper and inside you have space for a message and chocolates, lipstick, gift card, whatever you want!  I think you’re going to enjoy the project.  

Now, if you have ever created something like this, you know that your first attempt isn’t always your best so PLAN on this being your test run.  I would recommend that you use Designer Series Paper that maybe isn’t your favorite (perhaps you’re trying to use up that extra piece of Christmas DSP) or you can use 12×12 cardstock too.  The colors you choose won’t matter.  This is only a practice piece.

If you’d like to create the Designer Purse along with me today, here’s what you’ll need to have ready.

• 12″ x 12″ Designer Paper (since this will only be for practice, I would choose a pattern you’re not crazy about)
• 3 ¾” x 3 ¾” colored cardstock
• 1″ x 8 ¼” colored cardstock
• 3 ⅝” x 3 ⅝” White or Vanilla cardstock
• Ruler
• Bone Folder
• Stampin’ Trimmer
• Adhesive
• Small Velcro© Dot (remember this is only practice so if you don’t have this yet, it’s okay.)
