Do you have some birthdays coming up soon? If you do, you will love today’s FLASH CARD MASH UP video. It’s such a HAPPY card!
Last week I shared a tip on using a pencil eraser as a polka dot stamp. This card really shows off this great technique!
This Flash Card Mash Up actually used 3 pieces rather than 2 but adding that Sweet Sugarplum cardstock really makes this card pop with color.
Let’s get going with today’s FLASH CARD MASH UP video….
Here are my measurements in case you missed them:
- Whisper White Thick – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored and folded at 4 ¼”
- Lemon Lime Twist Flash Card 2.0 – 2 ⅛” x 5 ½”
- Sweet Sugarplum Flash Card – 2 ¾” x 4 ¼”
- Whisper White Flash Card – 2 ½” x 4″

Ahhh, the Homecoming Parade! Did you have these when you were growing up?
Ginny’s high school has a float competition every year and this year, the choir won 2nd place which is the best they have ever done. The theme this year was Nickelodeon and each club had to choose in advance what they wanted to do on their float. Everything they wanted was taken already so Ginny suggested Nick at Night because it would cover a lot of classic TV shows.
Here’s Ginny and her BFF as Laverne & Shirley. Are they just too cute or what? They also had a Brady Bunch group and they had square cut-outs that they would form to create the classic Brady Bunch theme.
I am happy to say that we WON homecoming game! We don’t have the best football team in the district so we were happy to win a game.

Fun and festive card. I have been having trouble using the lemon lime twist color but for some strange reason, I think I like the sweet sugarplum and the peekaboo peach with it. I will be trying this combination. Thanks for all the inspiration. Have a great weekend.
