Hello my friends! I’m excited to share an ink refill storage you’re going to absolutely love and I’ve got a FREE download for it. If you are into craft room organization or craft storage in general, you’re going to LOVE today’s post. I created a wonderful way to store my ink refills and I was amazed at how much neater my workspace is with the ink refills all tucked away and happy as can be.
OOPS! I spelled Neutrals wrong (I blame the jet lag). The file is correct though.
No more mess all over my desk! Look how pretty the storage solution is too!

QUOTE OF THE DAY – “Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.” — Og Mandino
I had so much fun creating these storage boxes and I can’t even begin to tell you how much nicer my desk looks without those bottles laying around. I need my refills but I don’t necessarily need them at my fingertips at any given moment so these boxes are perfect – still in reach, but neat and tidy.
I hope you’ll give these a try!
Thank you for shopping with me and for your loyalty to Simply Simple Stamping! I know there are a lot of demonstrators out there to choose from… THANK YOU for choosing me! To show my appreciation, I have something special for you!

Connie, this is a WONDERFUL idea. Thank you!! And thank you for the free download! I get so many great ideas from you! Keep ’em coming.
I love this because I am an avid stamper living in an RV. Space is very limited. One request, could you redo the Neutrals spelling? It’s just a little bit wrong. Love your YouTube posts. Thank you.
Carol, I have fixed it. Thank you!
Thank you! It is going to help so much in my RV. Right now all my reinkers are in plastic boxes that hold a lot of stamping stuff. Finding the one I want is a game of hide and seek! Now I can find them fast and spend my time actually making cards for my 8 great grandchildren.
I get it. My daughter lives in an RV too and space is precious. Hope this gives you more time to stamp!
Love this idea, Connie. Thanks for all the details. Love how you found a way to keep them upright with the little shelf inside. Very clever! Enjoy your day!
Thanks Hilda! And it’s a pretty quick fix too.
Connie, what a great idea! I love the details that you give in your videos!
I’m so glad you like the idea!
Watched the video for the ink refills. COULD NOT FIND THE DOWNLOAD !!
Maureen, scroll down. You will see a photo that says “Free Download”. There are several photos that you can click on that will guide you to the download. Hope that helps!
Sorry, Connie, but Neutrals is spelled wrong on the tabs.
Yes, I figured that out and have already fixed the file. Unfortunately, I won’t have time to update the photos so I hope that you can look past my typo. I blame the jet lag…. or the fact that my fingers got faster than my brain. lol
What a great idea. Thanks so much for the download.. Is there a way to change the colors on the labels?
Janet, no, it’s a PDF so there is no way to change the colors. You could always print it out in grayscale to make the colors neutral.
This is such a cool idea! And it will take up so much less room! Genius idea!
I’m so glad you found it helpful! Have fun creating!
What a GREAT idea!
Thank you so much Holly!
I did. Sometimes I have this problem when a word doc is uploaded or saved to a PDF. I’ll keep trouble shooting this end.
Pam, it was my program. So sorry! The new file is uploaded. I hope you’ll give it a try!
I converted it to a jpeg and it worked! thanks, I love this idea.
Pam, sorry to make you go to that trouble. It seems my computer picked up a glitch. If you will download it again (that way you can cut them correctly), I have fixed the file. Again, my sincere apologies.
Connie when I did the download, only the instructions with the measurements come up, the labels did not. Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks,
Minerva
Sorry about that! I have fixed the issue. I picked up a glitch in my program but it’s fixed now. Again, my sincere apologies.
Brilliant, Connie!
Thanks Kim!
Connie, while I am a novice in using a computer, I’ve never had any problems downloading PDF files. However, this one will only show page 1 with the measurements. The second page with the labels is blank. I commented on this a little earlier, but I no longer see my comment. Your ink refill storage idea is great now if I could only print out the labels I would be so happy.
Thanks,
Minerva
Minerva, I am so sorry. It seems my computer picked up a glitch and it wasn’t working. If you will download it again, I have fixed the file. Again, my sincere apologies.
You’re like the energizer bunny with your ideas! I’d love to see your spice cabinet! You’re setting that bar pretty high. I’m still bellying up to it but I now have a super idea…hee hee. Thank you. Cheers.
Great idea!! love it
What a great idea again Connie! How about a stamping spot storage for the paper Pumpkin ink spots? You have such awesome ideas. Have enjoyed making projects from the tutorials I have ordered. Your instructions are so easy to complete projects?
Let me put it on my list and see if I can come up with anything.
I am not able to find the free download. it only has the first page?
Connie, I am so sorry. It seems my computer picked up a glitch and it wasn’t working. If you will download it again, I have fixed the file. Again, my sincere apologies.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this idea. I will probably put my colors in alphabetical order, and make my own labels, but will definitely use this idea and pass it on.
Do you have any equally genius ideas about storing embossing powder? Some of mine are taller than those from Stampin’ Up, but I could always improvise an idea you might have.
Beki, I just keep mine in a box with all my embossing stuff. I don’t have a great solution. Sorry.
thanks for the downloads Connie. I just cant see anything on the second page of the ink refills organizer. Maybe it is just me
Janis, I am so sorry. It seems my computer picked up a glitch and it wasn’t working. If you will download it again, I have fixed the file. Again, my sincere apologies.
Great
I’m glad you liked it Mary! Thanks for joining me!
could you give me the .ame of the colors that are in the boxes. thank you for your great ideals
You can find those in the Stampin’ Up catalog. Check out pages 162-164. Hope that helps Barbara!
Hi Connie, I have organised my refills this way and I love it! Thank you so much. I was wondering what font did you use? I would like to organise my other stuff like dimensionals and notecards in those boxes as well. I think it will be perfect when I use the same font (or something similar).
Britannic – size 48
Where can you find the cases now that Stampin Up does not sell them?
Beverly, I am not sure. I am so sad those are no longer available.
Some time ago I bought some thru Amazon. I will try to find the information. e
I found them on Amazon, (10) CheckOutStore Plastic Storage Cases for Rubber Stamps, 7/8 inch Spine Size (Clear/Spine: 21 mm)
