Stampin’ Up has created something SO cool and SO unique. It’s a new type of stamp call “Disinktive“. This new technology allows you to lay down ink at different opacities giving the finished image more depth. The key is to ink the surface lightly and what you’ll get is a photographic finish. The stamp set HEARTFELT BLOOMS really shows off this new style of stamp.
Today I have a MAKE IT MONDAY free tutorial using this new technology. Heartfelt Blooms is one of the stamp sets you can get FREE during Sale-a-Bration.
I have fallen in love with this stamp set, especially on glossy cardstock. It is SO pretty!
I wish you could see this card in person because the shine from the glossy cardstock is SO pretty.
Gotta have a pretty envelope to go with a pretty card, right?
The Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon also adds to the elegant look of this card too.
Not able to create today? Why not create a file in your “Documents” on your computer and call it MAKE IT MONDAY? Or, you can always search the Categories (right side bar) and click on Make It Monday and you will see all of them.

Love the Crafting Superhero name chart! I needed to feel like a superhero today. Of course the Heartfelt Blooms card was awesome too. It was one of the first sets I HAD to acquire for my stash. Thanks for your daily inspiration
Spunky Sewing Avenger here . . . Ha! I have never been described as “Spunky”. This made me laugh.
This stamp was not on my first go-round and now I’m so disappointed, but . . . have something to look forward to. I think this is a beautiful stamp! I have not seen one card that does not look super fabulous! I have always loved blue and brown and this Pool Party and Soft Suede fit the bill. The ribbon looks fantastic too.
Happy and Blessed Monday.
🙂

I’m a Sprakling Crafty Ninja, lol.
Beautiful card today Connie. Love the soft colors.

I absolutely LOVE your card. It’s stunning!
I’m a Tacky Painting Avenger!! Too funny. I love that card, that’s on my next order as my freebie, it’s beautiful and your card is stunning.
Thanks for all your great ideas and samples along with explicit directions .I am a su demonstrator in NJ. I tried stamping this bloom on glossy but didn’t have good luck. Didn’t seem to dry and was not able to get a good image. Any suggestions? I appreciate your time in answering this question. Thank you Sandy
Not sure what to tell you Sandy. I have used glossy cardstock with this stamp almost exclusively, each different colors, and I didn’t have any issues. It took just a few seconds to dry. Wish I had better advice but I don’t really know.
