I found a die set that you may have overlooked but you NEED in your paper crafting stash. You can find it on page 53 of the Holiday catalog (yes, I know that catalog has expired but this die set is sticking around!)
The Ornate Frames dies were part of the Monster Bash suite and if you’re not a Halloween person, they were easy to overlook. They are back in our NEW catalog on page 31. There is a fabulous stamp set that goes with them – Perfectly Framed. Now, I needed a congratulations card so I brought in the Here’s a Card stamp set instead. Yep, a pretty versatile die set!
Let me share the cards I created in today’s video…
On this card, I used the Detailed Trio Punch not only on the corners but I used the little flower punch on the corners too.
I love the softness the linen thread bow gives this card.
- Sahara Sand – 5 ½” x 8 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
- Very Vanilla – (2) 3 ¾” x 5″
- (1) 2 ½” x 4″
- (1) 1 ¼” x 3″
- Blushing Bride or Mint Macaron – 2 ¾” x 4 ¼”
- Linen Thread – small bow
Here are the supplies I used on my cards today. Have fun with color combinations and sentiments! Want to order the Ornate Frames Dies? Click a pic and let’s get your order started!

QUOTE OF THE DAY – “Home is the nicest word there is.” — Laura Ingalls Wilder
Aww, I loved this quote as soon as I saw it. Yep, home has been such a sweet word this past week. My kids were home for the holidays, the rest of the family was here for Christmas Eve, and a fabulous New Year’s Eve with dear friends. THAT is what I love about HOME.
Thank you for joining me for today’s video. I hope that you will consider adding the Ornate Frames dies to your next order. You will LOVE creating with them and you will be seeing more of these dies from me this year. Wow, I still can’t believe it’s 2020.
I can’t wait for tomorrow! The first day of SALE-A-BRATION! I will have more details about Sale-a-Bration coming up tomorrow so plan on joining me then.
