IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CATALOG MAILING

I’ve received many emails regarding the mailing of your hard copy of the catalog. These catalogs were mailed out ages ago but Covid really caused a mess in the delivery of them. The catalogs were mailed bulk mail and we are at the mercy of the post office to deliver when they can. There has been such a surge in online shopping that the post office is running WAY behind.

You were on my list to receive the catalog and I hope it will arrive soon. I am just starting to hear from customers who are receiving them. Please be patient my friends. This is totally out of my control and your catalog is sitting at your local post office waiting to be delivered. Bulk mail is not first class mail and first class mail is always delivered first. I ask that you continue to be patient with the post office as they play catch up do to this pandemic.

How do you know if you have a catalog coming to you? If you placed an order between September 1 – April 30th, I have a catalog coming to you.

Do the ink pad spots open the same as the regular ink pads?

No. It’s a small 1″ ink pad with a 1″ lid that is removable. Hope that helps!

Janice, there are times the Online Store can be finicky about tablets but I think the issues have been resolved.
