No camping for the Stewart’s this weekend. Boo. The weatherman is calling for rain, hail, and 70 mile an hour winds. Yeah, I think we will just skip camping in that mess. I don’t mind camping the rain at all, in fact, I kinda like it, but hail and 70 mile an hour winds? No thank you.
It worked out well though. Tomorrow is my Mom’s 75th birthday! Yay! We are taking her out to dinner to celebrate her awesomeness. We are going to her favorite restaurant, Himalayas. It’s an Indian restaurant that we all absolutely love. You may not know this but my Dad was born and raised in India so we grew up eating Indian food. My Dad was an amazing cook when it came to curry! Whenever we go to this restaurant it’s bitter sweet though. Dad’s been gone for several years now but it’s a great place for us to go to remember him. I always have a cup of chai in his memory.
I hope you guys have a great weekend! Enjoy it to the fullest!!!
