How about a new COLOR INSPIRATION? I’ve got a bold color inspiration for Birthday cards!
Today’s inspiration photo just jumped right out at me. I love that burst of Call Me Clover over the Flirty Flamingo. It was such a bold color combination and it inspired today’s post. I felt it was meant to be a birthday card. What do you think when you see this combination of colors? If you’re stuck in a color rut, this color collection should inspire you.
How about we all take the challenge together? Join me and create a card featuring any or all of the colors below.

PROUD MOMMA MOMENT!!!! As many of you know, my daughter Christina is in her first year of teaching high school theatre here in Oklahoma. Stressful? OH yeah, very!!! She’s doing great though.
One of the big competitions is called One Act. This is where the kids must bring a set on stage, perform and remove the set — all in 45 minutes or less. This is quite a challenge. Your timing must be perfect.
Last week, Christina’s class went to the Regional competition and I am happy to say that this first year teacher placed 3rd!! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place move onto State competition so this is a reason to celebrate!
I am just over the top PROUD of her and her students. They worked so hard on a version of “The Giver” and it paid off. State is coming up October 24th so they have some time to work and polish a few things.
I’ll keep you posted on how that goes! I just wanted to share these happy faces!
