I hope today’s video helped clear up any confusion about the different types of stamps that are out there. I know it can be overwhelming but different rubber stamps serve different purposes. Great video, Connie. I always appreciate your tips! So spot on! Interested to see the stickers on pg 162. Also didn’t realize I could use the alcohol wipes to remove lint from the photopolymer stamps.
Great explanation! Thanks for the information and I will be looking for those adhesive strips for the clear mount to cling mount conversion to try. I have always had success by just making sure both block and stamp backing are super clean. Some folks I stamp with use dry line temporary adhesive, but I find that makes a big mess on my blocks. Happy stamping!
I used to be an avid stamp person over 25 years ago! I still have my wood block stamp collection. Most of which are 25 plus years old and have gotten a lot of use out of them.
Many of them are still in good shape, some have come off the wood block. What can I do to salvage them?
You should be able to glue them back to the wood blocks.
