Happy Friday everyone!  Congratulations!  You made it to the weekend and Week #29 of CREATIVE JUICE.  Today’s sketch is one of my long time favorite layouts. I use it a lot and it’s really easy to work with.  I used the Tropical Chic bundle for my card and let me just say, I can’t get enough of this bundle!  It’s fabulous!

Each week I serve up a big glass of CREATIVE JUICE to get your creative juices flowing.  Let me share this week’s card inspiration.

• Get creative with your color combinations.  
• Those circles could be a stamped image, flowers, punches or framelits, or even Designer Paper.

You can print out the sketches each week OR you can save them to your computer. By doing this you will have sketch ideas at your fingertips, whenever you need them.  Just click the pic to download or print it.  Remember, you can always find them here if you go to the ‘Categories’ (located on the right side bar) and click on Creative Juice.

Here is what I came up with for today’s CREATIVE JUICE sketch…

I just love the Blackberry Bliss along side Granny Apple Green.  Wow is it bold.  A splash of Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight and my card is ready to mail.

I love the framelits from the Tropical Chic bundle.  I went a little off the grid with the Melon Mambo leaves but I kinda liked it.

Here are the measurements for my TROPICAL THANK YOU card but remember, these measurements are not set in stone.  Get creative with your measurements!

• Granny Apple Green – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score and fold at 4 ¼” 
• Blackberry Bliss – 2″ x 5 ½”, cut to ¾” x 5 ½” and 1 ¼” x 5 ½” 
• Melon Mambo – 3″ x 3″
• White White – 1 ½” x 5″

If all has gone as planned the Stewart Fam is on an airplane to Seattle.  We board Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas and sail to Alaska this afternoon.  This trip is the Stampin’ Up incentive trip and we are all super excited to be going!

Christina is in dyer need of a vacation.  She has been studying so hard for her teacher certification test that she will take on July 31st.  I think this vacation will give her brain a little rest so that when she returns, she’ll be ready.

Mr. Awesome has been crazy busy at work too and this trip came at the perfect time for him as well.  As for Ginny, well, after her jaw frustrations, this will be a nice break for her.

I personally have had a GREAT past few weeks so I’m just excited to go hang out with my family and my Stampin’ Up demonstrator friends.
