If you missed the live stamping event on Facebook Wednesday, not to worry! It’s time to REWIND! We had a ton of fun stamping together. I wish I had the opportunity to give all 180 of you a shout-out and a big THANK YOU for tuning in! Thank you for making the night so enjoyable.
In my Facebook Live event, I wanted to challenge myself to create 8 cards in 8 minutes. What a challenge it was!
I think the biggest struggle was trying to talk, die cut, punch, and stamp at the same time. lol The good news is the cards turned out amazing (you’ll see on the video my important lesson in letting the Basic Black Archival ink DRY throughly before running through the Big Shot).
I promised I would share the rewind of the night so if you weren’t able to attend live, you could still play along.
As you watch this replay, keep in mind this was filmed LIVE, mistakes and all. I am stamping cards from start to finish. I know that most of you enjoy the fact that I keep my videos short and sweet but this video is an actual night of stamping. Also, you will hear me respond to comments and questions. That feature is only available when the video is live but if you have questions, just leave me a comment here on my blog. I will answer them as quickly as I can.
I hope you enjoy the video! Grab yourself a coffee, tea, or soda and check it out!

Can’t believe today is the day… the first day of school….again. Yep, Ginny starts her first day as a Junior in High School today. On a Friday (what’s up with that???)
She had a great summer but around the first part of August, both my girls would start to get bored and were ready to get back to normality. Not gonna lie, I look forward to this day too because it means MY routine goes back to normal too. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE summer vacation and I love having the girls home with me but even us parents get excited about the first day of school.
Hmmm, what to do this weekend. We talked about going camping again (so Mr. Awesome can do some more work on the inside) OR stay home and pain the laundry room and install the hardware on the newly painted cabinets. Hmmm… just not sure what we will do.
We are having some friends over for wine and appetizers on Sunday. We created a fun little wine club with a few couples. Everyone brings a bottle of wine (or beer for the guys) and we do a tasting, allowing everyone to try some new things. It’s a great way to wind down the week.
I sure appreciate you watching today’s video! I hope you enjoyed the “live” aspect of it.
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Enjoy it! See ya back here on Monday!

I just watched the Facebook video and love the cards! Really great ideas that are fun and easy. By the way, you look fantastic!!
You totally made my day!!
OH wow!!!! Thanks for so many more ideas esp using your flash card cuts. You continue to inspire me that “simple” can still be beautiful ??
Aww, thanks Carla!
Love all of your videos Connie. I do have a question. Is there some kind of printout that we can copy of the different cuttings you can get from the dies in this set? Thanks, and keep up taping those videos.
There really isn’t. I tried to photograph it but they didn’t really work.
The cards with this bundle are so great. I will definitely be trying these. Thanks for sharing.
I love hearing that!!
Great cards! Another fun live video! LOVE those magnetic vent covers! I cut them down to fit into the stamp case…dies and stamps all together!
I’ve heard from many viewers who store them with the matching stamps. Love it!
Connie, I wasn’t able to watch you live but I did see your video afterwards. Wow girl, your cards are so cute & I learned lots of super helpful hints to boot. I really appreciate your down-to-earth attitude & you’re not afraid to make a mistake like we all do, right?!?!?! I look forward to many more live feeds & videos from you. Thank you so so much. …Deb
Thanks Deb! I love to edit my videos to make them “quick” so this is a different for me. Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for including the Facebook videos here on your blog for those of us not on Facebook! Great cards, and fun video 🙂
You bet!
Connie. Nine minutes was amazing. Thank you
Thanks! I think I could have done it in 8 if I weren’t talking (that’s my story and I’m sticking to it)
This was so much fun, I really enjoyed this video. Now to get my behind up and in the card making mood. Thank you Connie.
Thanks so much! Hope you find your mojo!
Hi there Connie…it’s Mary-Jane from London, Ontario Canada….
Hi love you instructions great stuff Australia
Thanks Diane!
So, Connie, did you do the fun camping or the “pain” (your word LOL)
Put off camping a week and got the laundry room done. ?
Enjoyed watching your replay tonight…nice card. Looking good, your weight loss is very visable.
Really??? Oh that makes my day!!!!
You are the second person I know who said that her father was born in India as a child of a missionary. The other person was my daughter’s preschool teacher. But I think her father was in the western part of India. I’m curious to know where your dad was brought up.
My Dad went to boarding school in Mt. Vernon and his parents were in Calcutta.
Just watching this now–love the convenience of doing 8 at once, and the design is darling…confused why the die doesn’t cut all the way thru the white layer…
Debby, the die is designed to be a cut out not a complete die cut. If you want to see the details about this die set and how these work, scroll further into the video. I have samples that will help explain it.
