As I mentioned in the video, practicing on a piece of copy paper first will give you the confidence to create the fold with your pretty Designer Series Paper. I am a big believer in practicing folds with copy paper first.
The stand is optional, of course, but it’s such a mantel worthy card that I want the recipient to be able to display it.
Tip: Save the stand idea for other cards you have created. It can take your card making/displaying to a whole new level.
