Hey my sweet stampin’ peeps! How was your weekend? I hope that you had a chance to have some fun and enjoy some sunshine. After all the rain we’ve had in the past month, it was great to get outside for some Vitamin D!

Mr. Awesome and I did some yard work (and you know how much I hate yard work). I can’t grow anything. I kill anything that is green but it’s a good thing I can make paper flowers!

Today I have a video on how to create a simple and quick spiral flower using a small lollypop. You can use Dum-Dums or the mini Tootsie Pop suckers.

These are SO pretty and I wish I had the time to make up about 6-7 of the to put in a mini flower pot. They would be SO pretty, wouldn’t they?

The Tea Lace doily really dresses up the flower and that butterfly was just the perfect touch.

Thanks for the idea Connie. I was going to make a “flower pot” from the berry basket and add tootsie pops for a garden effect for my great niece. Hadn’t decided what to do to the pops to “floralize” them so this is perfect. Thanks again.
