Well, the play is done, the set has been dismantled and the show is now in the books. I am exhausted! The role took a lot out of me. It was a very emotional show (as you can see, I am crying in most of these pictures – it’s what I did in this show) and I loved every minute of it.
Now that the show is done it’s on to the next project. I shared with you that my best friend in the world came to visit with her husband and we are going to tackle a much needed remodeling project – our computer area. It’s been needing some work for a while. I will share some photos of that remodel as it goes but the wood floors are IN so that I exciting. I also had this stupid beam that ‘defined’ the space that I hated. Well, I watch too much “Fixer Upper” on HGTV and pulled a “Chip & JoAnna” and we tore it out…but the beam fell on my arm. BIG huge bruise! But nothing broken and hey, it missed my head so that was a good thing!
So, if I’m a little quiet here at Simply Simple Stamping for a few days, you’ll know why. Mr. Awesome set up my computer in the other room but I have to sit on a hard stool to work. Not good on the back. Not to worry, I won’t be away for long. Brenda and I are going to start building cabinets today.
Have a great Monday and I will see you tomorrow for my last 2-Minute Tuesday Tip video in the Curvy Corner Trio Punch series.
Connie: Do you have any samples of a “Quinceanera” (this is a Sweet 16 birthday party for a latin girl), that you can share some ideas? I would appreciate some help on this card. Thank you in advance for your help. I truly enjoy all your newsletters and emails I receive from you every day. You are awesome and I share your your ideas with other demonstrators and they already subscribed to your address. Continue sharing your ideas and tricks, they are great.
I don’t really have anything for that. So sorry. You might try images.google.com and search “Quinceanera stampin up” and see what you find. 🙂
Connie. Love this card. Hope your arm heals fast. And good luck on your project. Look forward to the next card. Thank you
Love this card! Glad you weren’t hurt any worse than you were! Take care of yourself and don’t work to hard! I have really enjoyed the series with the curvy 3 sided punch. Enjoy your time with Brenda!
Blessings,
Kim
Would you please tell me who makes the curvy corner trio punch? I thought it was a Stamping Up product, but couldn’t find it. Thanks
