Today’s Make It Monday card was really fun to create because I was able to use up some of my By the Shore Designer Series Paper. Not your typical “Christmas” paper but look how well it goes when paired with the Peaceful Pines stamp set.
I love the matching Perfect Pines framelits. Can you see the great cutting effect on the tree? Isn’t that so cool?
Now it’s YOUR turn to create! Want to work off your mobile device? Just take it to your stamp space and work from here.
Would you rather save the document to your computer?

Can I make a recommendation? Create a file in your “Documents” on your computer and call it MAKE IT MONDAY so you can always find the downloads whenever you need them. Or, you can always search the Categories (left side bar) and click on Make It Monday. You will see all of them in one place.
Here’s what you’ll need to create the PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS card. Use what you have, order what you need. Just click a pic!
Well, Opening Weekend of “Exit Laughing” is in the books…. and I don’t think it could have gone any better. Yay!!!! At intermission, we run off stage before the lights come back up and the audience was laughing for several minutes after the lights came up. It was SO amazing to have that kind of an impact. The show is absolutely hysterical and to have the audience laugh as loud and as long as they did was such a rush!
Here are a couple more photos that I received.
I’ve just discovered the police are at the door and I ask that everyone “ACT NATURAL….. not THAT natural!”
Our departed friend has left us three first class tickets to anywhere in the world!
Now… this is my FAVORITE picture. This is how our set really looks. Isn’t it so pretty?? Our set designer was amazing!
And of course, curtain call. I just can’t tell you how much fun I have had working on this show with these amazing actors. One more week and then it’s back to reality.
We had a nice weekend camping too. The weather was in the 60’s the entire time. I needed to relax after the crazy week we all had last week. Mr. Awesome and I had a nice walk around the campgrounds and caught up on life. I think I may have told you that Christina was in a car accident last week. She was fine, not a scratch on her, but her car wasn’t so lucky. It was totaled so we did have to spend some of the weekend shopping for a new car. We think we found her a great car (God is GOOD!!!).
I DID get to nap on Saturday. Oh how good that was! And darn it, I totally forgot to pack my stamping stuff this time. Well, we have ONE more camping trip planned for next weekend and then it will be time to put this camping season in the books. Time to winterize and clean everything out until the spring. <sigh>
So, I am going to close up the blog for now and get busy on a 2-Minute Tuesday Tip for tomorrow! See you all then!

I love the really cute card today, Connie, with the tree, DSP, and Softly Falling EF. I love the sentiment too. It’s great to hear about all that is happening with you and your family. So glad Christina was not hurt in her accident. Cars can be replaced. My son majored in theatre arts and is a stand up comedian now, living in NYC. So, it’s very interesting to hear about the plays you do. So glad it was a hit, but was there any doubt with you as the lead?? Lol. Have a great day.
