I am excited to share the third tutorial from the SALE-A-BRATE DESIGN TEAM! Today I will be sharing the Lots of Lavender Notepad Holder. I hope you’re ready for a WOW project. This is a gorgeous gift that you can give away but make sure you make one for yourself too. It’s just stunning!
I have made these notepad holders in the past and they are always a home run project. They are created with our clear mount stamp cases.
Did you know that Stampin’ Up offers empty clear mount stamp cases? They were accidentally omitted from our catalog but they are available (see below)
Inside you have a calendar, a pocket, a note pad, and pen. These really make a great gift!
Of course, we must talk about the oh so gorgeous Lots of Lavender Sale-a-Bration stamp set. It’s SO pretty and easy to work with.

I have a special Facebook Live coming up next week and I wanted to let you know that it will be at a special time! Wednesday, February 7th
- 11am pacific time
- 12pm mountain time
- 1pm central time
- 2pm eastern time
I had to change the time to the afternoon but it’s just for February 7th. I will be back to 7pm central on February 21st. Sorry about that but we have theatre tickets that evening so I had to move the time up. I know that not everyone will be able to join me live but not to worry! I will be sharing the video of the project with you here. I hope that you can join me live though. It’s so much fun to stamp with you!
Stay tuned and I will share more details about the special project I have lined up for you. It’s pretty awesome!
So, did you see it? The super blue blood moon lunar eclipse? Yesterday morning we all gathered in the sunroom (because it was too cold to go outside) to watch this crazy historic event.
We watched the moon slowly disappear and there was just a sliver showing until it was totally eclipsed. Sadly the cloud cover and the sun coming up made it short lived but hey, it only happens ever 150 years so I can say that I saw it… and it was awesome. I really find this stuff pretty fascinating. Not a typical morning in the Stewart house but a pretty awesome way to start my day.
Have a fantastic Thursday! I look forward to seeing you here tomorrow for a new CREATIVE JUICE sketch and a bonus…. my FACEBOOK LIVE REWIND. I have a really awesome Circle Pop-Up card video to share with you. See you then!
I hope you know how grateful I am for your loyalty to Simply Simple Stamping. I know there are a lot of demonstrators out there to choose from… THANK YOU for choosing me!
If you enjoy the inspiration you see here on my blog, show your support by using the FEBRUARY HOST CODE GRCFNN94 on your $30* or more order. When you do, I have a SURPRISE for you in your hand stamped thank you card! If your order is over $150* please don’t use the code because there are Stampin’ Rewards waiting for you!

So many people make various calendars at the end of the year to give as gifts, what are the chances that SU will make them available for demonstrators and customers to purchase?
Well, with so many people making them and offering them for free, I can’t see why SU would ever sell them. No one would buy them. 🙂
Thanks for this PDF…your inspiration is just what needed today!
Love this project, Connie! To put it in an empty SU stamp case is brilliant where it can have a pocket, hold the pen and calendar…everything one needs for a meeting. It is almost too cute to use!! Enjoy your day!
Hi Connie, I love the project. BTW, where did you get the little calendars? Thanks so much!
There is a link in the tutorial where you can download it and print it. http://bit.ly/2s3ZDMa
Thanks again, Connie!
Great project and thanks for sharing it
Hi Connie! I just found this adorable project. I would love to make these as little Christmas gifts for my friends. You wouldn’t happen to have a link for a 2023 calendar, would you? Thank you so much for sharing all of your wonderful projects!
