Time to say good-bye to another of my favorite stamp sets that sadly will be heading towards retirement.  Friendly Wishes has been one of my go-to sentiment stamp sets.  I love the bold sentiments in this set!

Today’s “I Say Good-Bye, You Say Hello” is also a Flash Card Mash Up.  This is where I take a Flash Card and a Flash Card 2.0 and mash them together to create a fun card.  

Here are the measurements in case you missed them:

• Melon Mambo cardstock – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score at 1 ¼” and 4 ¼”
• Basic Black Flash Card 2. 0 – 2 ⅛” x 5 ½”, cut to 1 ¼”
• Whisper White Flash Card – 4″ x 2 ½”, cut down to 3″

• Thick Whisper White – 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼
• Whisper White – 4″ x 11″ (or use scraps to punch 8-9 hearts)

 Ant Mania Update:  I am so happy to report that the ants have left the building!  Wahoo!  It worked!  It was such a fast and inexpensive way to clear up that pesky ant problem!  Just to share again, in case you missed it, here is what I did to get rid of the ant invasion.

• ⅓ c. sugar
• 1 T. Borax
• 1 cup warm water

Mix together and drop cotton balls in the mixture.  Set the cotton balls in the lids of water or pop bottles and walk away.  In about an hour, the ants will be sucking that delicious concoction and take the Borax back to their nest….killing them all.
