Whew! We all made it to Friday! Pat yourself on the back for a job well done this week. Reward yourself with some stamping time this weekend.
Let me share this weekend’s challenge sketch with you…
- The colors mean nothing – get creative!
- The circle can be anything – a punched image, an embellishment, anything!
- The sentiment can go anywhere you’d like

Let me share a couple of fun ideas with you using the sketch for this weekend….
Oh how I love this card!!! Oh how I love this Designer Series Paper!!!
Have you ordered the Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Stack yet? (48) 6″ x 6″ sheets of the most gorgeous paper ever! Just look at this one! The paper did most of the work.
A little cooper embossing powder made the entire card come alive. The “button” is a piece of cardstock embossed with copper embossing powder and punched out with a 3/4 inch circle punch. Just poke holes in it with Paper Piercing tool and thread with the copper metallic thread. LOVE!!!

The Seaside Shore stamp set is quickly becoming a go-to set for me.
The matching Designer Series Paper, By the Shore, made this card go together super fast too.
Yes, fussy cutting was necessary but it’s worth it sometimes.

And now it’s YOUR turn! What will you create with this weekend’s sketch? Give it a try and then head over to our Facebook page and share! Can’t wait to see what you create!
I knew this day was coming. It just came so fast! I have to move Christina back to college today. <sigh> It’s been so nice having her home over the summer but I know she’s excited to get back to her own apartment. She is a Resident Assistant so she gets her own space and she LOVES that. So, time to pack up the truck and do the big haul to OCU. One bonus to being a Resident Assistant is that they get to move in before the rest of the students so we don’t have to fight for parking. Perk!!!
