TGIF!!!!!  Yes, it’s FRIDAY!  Wahoo!  I am ready for the weekend.  How about you?  Make plans to do some stamping this weekend.  I have a great sketch to help you get started.  Grab the stamps, ink, and paper and let’s go!

Let me share a couple of fun ideas with you using the sketch for this weekend….

You might remember this Flash Card Mash Up card I created back in August (CLICK HERE to see the blog post and video).  It worked perfect with today’s sketch so I created an Autumn version of the card.

The color combination is bold and “fall-ish”.  I don’t use Cajun Craze very often but here lately, I’ve been using it daily.  Cajun Craze, the forgotten color.

This card has such a great focal image – that easel.  I love creating with the Painter’s Palette stamp set.  It’s a GREAT set if you don’t have it.

The matching Playful Palette Designer Paper gives this card the pop of color it needs but without any work.  A card like this comes together fast!

To all my readers in the path of the hurricane, I just want you to know that I am praying for you all this weekend!  I know that you are probably stuck in traffic as you evacuate, cars loaded down, and your stress level is off the charts.  My heart goes out you all.  Stay safe and I pray that Mother Nature will relax as the wind and rain hit the coast.  Prayers for all of you!!!

No camping for us this weekend.  It’s time to give the house a little TLC.  That’s the downside of camping…. the things that need to get done around the house don’t get done.  I’m going to spend this weekend trying to learn a new computer program to help me with my photos and videos.  I’m not looking forward to that.  It stresses me out BIG TIME but my current program is giving me attitude so it’s probably best that I learn it now before it decides to completely crash on me.  Wine will be in my future, I can tell. lol
