Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. We enjoyed a beautiful church service and fabulous dinner at our friends, the Riedls. Cindy has really got the gift of hospitality and always takes the extra steps to make a dinner special. Poor thing, she was fighting the same sinus crud I had last weekend and I knew just how she felt. Well, I knew just the little gift to make to hopefully make her feel a little better.
I shared this project with you last week and wanted to do a video on how easy it was to make. It’s a little trio of boxes, each filled with a tea bag. Is there anything on earth that makes you feel better when you’re sick than a nice hot cup of tea? I’m also including a thank you card and a box of Vick’s tissues (some of you may remember my quest to find Vicks tissues and I bought a case of them. Thanks Amazon!)
Well, enough chatter, let me share today’s video…
If you are unable to view the video, CLICK HERE to view it online.
Here are the measurements in case you missed them:
- Baked Brown Sugar, Pistachio Pudding, and Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock – 4 ¼” x 5 ½” – cut all of these down to 4 ¼” x 4 ¼”
- Window Sheet – 1 ¼” x 8 ½” – score at 1″, 3″, 5″, and 7″
Note: If you have the Envelope Punch Board, you can create these boxes too. Start with 4 ¼” x 4 ¼” cardstock and score at 1 ⅝” and 2 ½”. Follow these lines and score and punch all the way around.
I also wanted to share the list of supplies I used. Any stamp set will do and of course, any color combination will do. I hope you already have most of these products but you know that you can just CLICK on any picture and order. AND, Stampin’ Up is offering FREE SHIPPING through Friday, April 10th!!! Yep, you heard me right! Oh, and be sure to use the April Hostess Code Z446RUPW and I will email you the exclusive video & tutorial for this month!
I hope you all have a wonderful week! I will be back tomorrow with a 2-Minuute Tuesday Tip video! Can’t wait to see you then!
I love this project, Connie! Your tutorials are the best!!
Do you think it is possible to make the little box with the envelope punch board as well? Would you be able to share the actual size of the boxes you made? As always, TRS! Hope your Easter was great.
Yes, you can. I will add the measurements for the Envelope Punch Board to the post. 🙂
Connie, you are the best. I wish I lived in Oklahoma….would love to come to your stampin up events.
love these little boxes. I will have to try these. My sister also has the crud so as I watched this video I thought she would like this. Thanks for the great ideas you share with us all the time. You are great.
Connie, Love the tea boxes…if I only have the envelope punch board how would I do this project?
I will add the measurements for the Envelope Punch Board to the post. 🙂
Thank you so much, sorry I did not see the earlier comment
