Week 1 of the Stewart Healthy Living Plan (sounds better than diet, doesn’t it?)

Things are going GREAT!  I am actually losing weight and not hungry at all.  5 lbs gone for both Mr. Awesome and I!  WOWZA!  Water weight I’m sure but it just feels good to see the scale moving.

We had to do the “purge” of all the junk food in the house.  Well, nothing will make you madder than seeing all the junk that has been brought into my pantry, freezer, and fridge.  Ugh.  Not gonna lie, I sent some of it to Christina’s dorm.  She’s young and walks all over campus.  She can eat those bar-b-que chips and it never shows up on her.  lol

We’ve also started exercising every day.  The weather has been so nice that we walk the neighborhood every night.  I love that!  There have been a lot of changes in our house, some good, some not so good, and these walks have given us a chance to talk about solutions without distractions.

So that is the update from me!  I am going to be BUSY these next couple days because on Wednesday I leave for the OnStage Stampin’ Up conference in Salt Lake City.  I will be gone for a week and I want to do my best to get my blog updated before I go.
